This policy explains the information DocuCraft AI uses to provide a private documentation workspace.
Information we use
We process account details, saved workspace records, subscription status, and limited usage metadata required to operate and secure the service. Product analytics exclude document content and AI prompts.
AI processing
Content you submit for AI assistance is processed to return the requested draft or analysis. Do not submit information your organization prohibits from external processing.
Access and isolation
Workspace access is restricted by account and organization membership. Administrative access is limited to authorized platform operations.
Retention and deletion
Saved drafts remain available while your account exists, including after a trial ends. Archiving is preferred to irreversible deletion. Contact support for account or data requests.
